Resignation/Employee termination of contract

Salam,

I have concerns maybe you can help me,

My contract with my company is 2 years.

I worked just for 1 year and 1 month and filed a resignation, due to emergency family matter back home. My physical and mental health has been affected.

my iqama will expire in less than 1 month

Now they are asking me 6k riyal.

But i dont see anything written in my contract that i need to pay if i terminate my own contract.

It said the employee may terminate this contract by serving 1 month in advance written notice. If no notice is served the employee will shoulder all the expenses back to its origin.


  • also they dont allow me to go outside of my accomodation (day off)

Is there any way i can get final exit visa?
