No Objection Letter needed?

duncanmortimer

I worked in Saudi on a business visa and subsequently left the country.  I now want a job but this time it will be on an Iqama in 6 months time. Would I need a 'No Objection Letter' from my previosu employer in this scenario? I am guessing they wouldn't supply it anyway as that would be admitting to employing me illegally.

Thanks in advance.

No. It was a business visa. Not an employment visa.

@mpint

It depends on which category you went on final exit. The best way is to know is to apply for a Business Visit Visa through the Saudi Embassy, Then you application will be processed by the Immigration and if there are any issues you will get to know as the visa will be rejected.
