Message: I will be 4 years in my company this coming february 11,2023 and i already inform my h.r admin that i will be for final exit.he told me that it will be march i go.my iqama expire last january 3,2023 and i inform them late after its expiry maybe 6 days ago after its expiration.he told me before that my residency still valid.the next day after that he renew my iqama until april 3.he told nme march i go why like that.is that the right way?thank you

@Mark Francis Rabang... you can submit your registration if your contract is finished or if gona finished the date you gona mentioned in resign they can't forcelly hold you after finished your contact even single day it's against labour law and for issuing your final exit visa your I'd iqama should be valid after issued your exit visa you can stay 60 days more inside the Kingdom
