Contract Termination on QIWA

I got an offer from other company of which I accepted on QIWA, at the same time I terminated my contract on my present employer.Do I am right on terminating on QIWA the remaining months on my contract from my present company or would it automatically terminate once my present employer accepted the request of my transfer ?

I believe it's the latter brad. Since, from what I've read, your current employer will have to approve your transfer. I have some issues with QIWA too. I don't have contract and establishment registered. Does that mean I can transfer?
