Qiwa Transfer issue

Hello everyone

i have to come Saudia Arabia on 3 month Kafeel Visa after 3 month passed i get a job one of the company but company need a 3 month valid iqama person that the reson i renew the iqama with same Kafeel after one week of the renewal company send me the transfer request on Qiwa but company face this error"Sorry you cant request transfer of this employee as employee does not complete one year inside Saudi Arabia"

my kafeel is agree to giveing me the transfer but he said he dont know about this error so any one who know this error and solution of this error please support.

@amjad abbasi why you renew your iqama? One ground to transfer sponsore is your Iqama not renewed in 3 months. Even if you don't ask permission from your current kafeel, there will be no problem because your Iqama has not been renewd. No need for valid Iqama to transfer to another company. They will have to apply for your case with the gov't.

@jayromeignoro Dear i have renewed the iqama and this is the second company demand employee must have 3 month valid Iqama now the company wants to take transfer request but company face this error (Sorry you cant take transfer request of this employee as employee does not complete one year inside the Saudi Arabia).

my 1st Kafeel is agree for transfer but he said he has no idea about this error.what is the better soloution of this if any one have same issue and he resolved resently so please tell me and support me i am very apset.

@mirza baig21 one agent said me you come again from Pakistan on New Visa this is the the solution and another said i payed him 3500 riyal he will do by pass Qiwa and he wants money in advance.i am scared

You need to finish at least one year of your new contract before the transfer is allowed or you need to be within the probationary period. Otherwise QIWA will not allow it.
