Good day! Would like to ask if what will i do. We鈥檝e been staying in our old building for 5years. Our contract was finished so we decided to transfer to other building due to rent increase. The night after we left our flat somebody checked our flat for any damages and he told there is no problem, then the day after our haris is calling asking us to pay 1000sr. Before occupying our flat we paid 500sr for the insurance. And still he is asking and shouting to me.

Hmmm did you take photos that will show that its in good condition before leaving? I am not sure how legit it is since its the haris asking you for the payment instead of a collector from rent office.聽 If you are renting from 1000 office then they will probably sue you

I dont have any pictures of our flat before leaving but my husband is there when they checked our flat. Then when i called the landlord to asked what is for the 1000sr he told for all the broken things in our flat. I told him we receive our flat like that he can ask our previous haris, then he told nevermind our haris his dead. Then i asked again we paid before 500 for the insurance so it can cover it he said so just pay 500 for the papers i dont know for what but he is insisting we should give money.
