You are a nurse? a phisycian? it is a public or a private place?

I would like to travel in Saudi Arabia but if they don´t respect the contract , they are irresponsible.

Is there someone who can help you with this?  who gave you that contract?

you can reject the contract if the salary is not matching your signed paper agreement , if you reject Qiwa contract make sure to put the reason clearly.

after that if they terminate you , you may go to the court and they will fix all your rights.

but if you are in probationary period don't do that.

if you have work visa and agreement with good salary don't hesitate to come , everything will be under government control & roles.

1st of all you have to reject QIWA contract and put the reason clearly , this is in case only if you have signed paper agreement showing the different salary.

after that you have to see what is the reaction from their side then you will decide , take it step by step.

the court can be easily reached online.

They are saying they are going to terminate my contract if I don't have practicing license with in 30 days.
