IQAMA IS EXPIRED FOR 2-MONTHS AND CURRENT EMPLOYER IS RED

My Iqama is expire for 2 months and company is red. can i take transfer to new sponsor with out and consent of current employer. Since, in Qiwa, the current sponsor must accept the transfer.
