Refund of Dependent Fees Paid Extra

Dear All,

Kindly note that I have paid the Dependent fees for my WIfe and 2 kids, for 1 year through my bank account.

My Sponsor renewed my iqama for 9 months, and there is the balance amount (amount for 3 months) for the dependent fee paid, is available on my Absher Account.

Is it possible to refund this amount back to my bank account.

When I tried to refund, it shown me the full amount transaction to select for the refund. Please anyone can clarify, if I select that transaction and proceed next, will it refund only the balance shown in the Absher Account?

Appreciate help from anyone having the similar case and was able to refund the amount, please show up some light into this.

I think you can contact with Al Rajhi or SNB they can advise you about refund the balance amount.
