Can i get an exit visa if i still have a loan in alrajhi

Hello! Im new here. I would like to ask if i can get an exit visa if i still have remaining loan in the bank plus credit card balance as well in alrajhi. My contract will not be renewed. Unfortunately i just took a loan last february. My end of service will not be enough to pay for it. But i have already applied in other hospitals.what can i do to get an exit visa?

@OFW Riyadh but isnt it there鈥檃 clearance if you will go for exit and i need to get bank clearance from bank before they could release my money.
