1) I would suggest that you never share your contact details with anyone on the forums.  If people want to help, they can advise you here or via direct message or even refer you to a business contact

2) Your marriage is not registered in Saudi.  To get him to do anything legally will be a long covoluted process which will require court judgement in home country, attestation, filing case in Saudi using that judgement etc etc. 

There are unethical ways e.g. going to his employer but here is the thing, why are you running after someone who doesn't want to be with you?

@mondragonkeei don't be shocked of what am about to say, but to assure you, you can't force a relationship to work out. Don't let anxiety take charge,trust your self, breath and move on. You will be someone you never dreamed of and a great super lady. I did too and am someone beyond imagination.
