my booked flight is in near, but my agency called me that it was cancelled due to visa problem.according to them the visa that was stamp in my passport is for another applicant.and they they advise me to re ltake biometrics again as they fix the visa error.

my question is, is it possible that the visa for another person was stamp in another person's passport???

they assure me that it will be fix.they just need to swap the visa that was given to me.
