Dear Experts,

I have been in Saudi for 1 year, I got a small loan from Tamam 4 installments paid on time and 4 remaining due to some financial crises, I was not able to pay to remaining and after 4 months Tamam registered a case against me, and in result got travel baned, the remaining amount is 2600 SAR that I have to pay.

My salary is always deposit in Al Rajhi bank, and SAMA added a booked entry in my account which is showing -2600 and my salary is 4000 SAR, my question is as soon as my salary is received in my Rajhi account, 2600 will be deducted auto and the remaining amount can be useable from Rajhi account? or do I have to wait till the case is withdrawn by Tamam and Sama allows me to use my remaining amount?

@amg4u I have the same problem too..ur account is connected In tamam ? Coz I have loan in tamam and unfortunately聽 I was not able to.pay for 2mos.i send an email to them requesting to them if I can pay updated installment聽 on jy salary date they replied聽 that my request聽 is resoved but聽 yesterday I received a message fro MOJ asking me to pay full cash but I don't have money聽 to pay full. Can tamam accept聽 promissory聽 note?what will happen to my bank account?I will be prison?or I'll not be allowed聽 to travel out..if they will freeze my account how can I pay them.please reply I don't know what to do

I wanna ask if I can still renew my IQAMA if I have pending case in Najiz. I am paying my balances against me in my loan and I just wanna know if I can still renew my IQAMA if I already paid for the bond. The one that I am trying to pay now is the balance in my loan. Thank you!
