SEC registration: name on Bachelor degree different from passport

Seeking guidance on SCE registration issues due to name differences between a passport and an electronic engineering degree in Saudi Arabia.

Hello,

I have not applied for SCE registration yet, however I can foresee a problem when registering given my name on passport is different to the one on my electronic engineering bachelor degree.

The difference is that my Bachelor degree does not have 'Muhammad' as my first name, whereas my passport does have 'Muhammad' as my first name. Rest of the name on both passport and degrees is same.

While applying for SCE registration, an affidavit with notary be acceptable to explain this name change/ difference?

People do change their names in various cases e.g. when women get married they take their husbands name but ofcourse don't change their degree names etc.

Anyone with similar experience and how the handled this situation, sharing that info is greatly appreciated in advance.
