please I need advice, I鈥檓 still on my probationary period and I have already send my resignation, my contract was fixed-term and it鈥檚 written on the contract that only the employer can terminate the contract during probationary period.

what is the possible way to leave and resign this company?, during on my probationary period as manager position I have discovered that most of the employees has no eqama and salary delayed. I want to leave this company I鈥檓 afraid that it will happen also to me in the future.

I have spoke with the owner and he asked me to pay the remaining聽 contract for two years.

please I need advice on this matter.

Article 53 of SL&WL stipulated that each party shall have the right to terminate the contract during probation period, unless the contract embodies a clause giving the right to terminate the contract to only one of them.

So, what happen in your situation, did you pay the remaining months of a 2 years fixed-term contract?
