CONTRACT TERMINATION UNDER ARTICLE 81


Situation:


I couldnt terminate qiwa contract for unwillingness to renew upon its expiration due to less 60 days of work permit, instead i send HR email for non renewal and request to terminate the contract under article 74 on their side.


Questions:


Just incase my company refuse to terminate the contract under article 74 thru QIWA, can i terminate it myself under article 81 on the last day of my contract? Can i use my Email as evidence of violating my rights under article 81?


Or any good suggestions?
