Weren't you the one who just advised somebody about how long things take here in KSA?  Anyway, I got mine, but it took quite a while (I'd forgotten about it lol).

If you already have fursan card that should mean you are registered as a member. You can go to and log in using your user name / pin and edit / modify details and also check your balances.

Not only that, you can generate a PDF to save in your mobile or print also. The physical card isn't really needed.
