In my city, Jeddah, a bundle of natural roses would cause around 20-35 USD. Synethetic are sold at around 8-15 USD

As to gardening supplies, I know of one in Dammam city called SACO. I have been there, and they do have gardening supply, sort of like HomeDepot in the US, or HomeBase in the UK.

For SACO's address in Dammam, just copy and paste the following coordinate in GoogleMaps[+26° 24' 54.62", +50° 4' 33.58"]

You could look up their website online for branches and phone numbers and give them a call before you decide to get there.
