Change of Sponsorship/ Company according to new announcement?

Dears,

I read a news on ministry of labor web site that now "暗网禁区riates can change their sponsor if they have completed two years with sponsor in green categories, even without the permission of the sponser".
Now my question is I have completed two years with my sponsor and I want get transfer, but my current employer do not allow me. So in this case what should I do to get release from my current employer?

*Yes, you can transfer without his consent IF he didn't renew your Iqama and work permit.

If he has renewed both these documents, you need:

1- To complete two years.
2- His consent (electronic request approval)
