I guess you can get Omega on GNC stores.

Trapezius

GNC, go latest by April 7!

GNC gives 20% discount for the first week of every month with the Gold Card.  You can get the Gold Card for SR 75, and is valid for a year, and can be used at GNC branches worldwide (or maybe only in the Gulf).

Several branches:

Tahlia b/w Madina road and prince sultan street
Sawary mall
Roshan mall
Panda on Malik road near intersection with Heraa street
Corniche road near intercontinental hotel

Btw, omega 3 does not really lower cholesterol, research has shown.  I have experimented with myself as well with a high dose, and it made a small difference of less than 10%.  It did, however, slash my triglyceride levels by 70% or so (high triglyceride levels are an indicator of future heart disease/attacks).  But, as I said, that required a very high dose, which is not feasible cost-wise long term (I did it for 30 days).

You can use cinnamon and turmeric, and garlic as well.  They do lower cholesterol.  But more importantly, pay attention to your diet, and follow the latest recommendations.

I agree with Trap.....

GNC Gold card can be used worldwide, I got mine last year, sadly though, the GNC in Panda near Heraa has been closed for more than 2 years, ...............

aside from the spices he mentioned, I tried oatmeal diet..... I added to my regular diet, 1-3 bowls of oatmeal per day for almost 3 months, it was for a school activity, my cholesterol was normal, and it went even lower after 3 months..........

the uric acid increased a little though, so I had to increase fluid intake to flush it out.....
