Flats in ex pat compounds

Hi I am moving to Saudi soon I have just been offered a job with SAR.
I am looking for a 1 bed apartment in an ex pats compound. What is the best way to find one?
Is it better to lease a car or buy one.
Any help appreciated.

You have to specify where exactly in Saudi are you moving so we can help you.

About the car, cars are relatively cheap here, you can buy a car easily (even a used one). Here in Saudi you can lease a car and at the end of your lease period you can pay an additional fee and buy it (it's in your lease contract from the start so you have to check it).
