Hi...is there any benefits if your Iqama is Engineer???

My husband is Computer Engineering in profession but on his Iqama said programmer...Our聽 company said they applied programmer for my hubby coz it's it more easier for d release...

Does this affect us or my hubby in d future???

Please enlighten us...Thanks in advance

I don't think there is a huge difference however his professional credentials/degrees must justify his job title. BTW, the job title can also be changed once you arrive in Saudi but it is a long and tedious process.

One extra benefit of having an engineering profession in your Iqama is allowing you to sponsor a domestic helper and a driver pulse it helps in bringing parents on a visiting visa ( none of this is guaranteed, but it helps).
