Not quite sure about the "cheap" part but Almutlaq has very good sofas. Location: intersection of king Abdullah road with king AbdulAziz road near Sahara mall. Not matter how expensive, still cheaper that England. No VAT here. You can try ikea in exit 16 (South East) as well.

I would not recommend you to go for cheap Leather Sofa's for it will get spoiled within a short time. You could get cheap prices on sofa from IKEA from the damaged section. Usually most of them aint that damaged it could just be rejected or dint get sold out so they had to put it there. I got some great condition furniture on cheap prices from there myself.

Well, last I bought a sofa was from Jeddah, here in Riyadh I have no Idea. But for sure when you go to IKEA they will inform you.

The price varies though.  A range between 400- 1000 sr depends on the size and quantity needed.

Even new ones the prices will be the same.

Good thing about IKEA is that there products both damaged and new are of high quality and long lasting.
