Can any ladies give some recommendations of places to get hair dyed & hair cuts ?

Please also provide lovation too!

Think VERY carefully before entrusting your hair to anyone here...it really depends on what you want done and the look you are going for as to whether you are going to be happy with the outcome. Hairdressers here seem to favour 80's style blow dries and harsh, brash colours.

That's not to say there isn't a good hairdresser in Riyadh but I am yet to find or hear of one.

I go to Toni & Guy in Bahrain and make a weekend of it.
