Transferring of Sponsor & applying of Family visa at same time

will it affect the process of family Iqama if i also apply for transfer of Sponsor at same time.

actually i came here on a group company of my employer,
and as agreed iqama has to be transferred to my original employer.

can i apply for family visa before process of sponsor transfer is completed? the delay is that there are some penalties on my聽 company , and it may takes some time to get it clear and got my iqama transfer

Mr. Sajid , other company won't offer visa to your family until you transferred to their sponsorship.

they offer but they are slow
and we cant follow them aggressively to speed up
