Can we change profession if company has Saudization problm ??

Dears,
Please inform that can we change our profession if our company has low number of Saudis?
As every company should have a percentage of saudis in each departmen so this is to be informed that either it is possible or not???

Saudization is being done, but it has no relation to the change of profession as it will be changed on the basis of your degree (not Saudi).

by Saudi Law , you have to be under a valid sponsership with same profession mentioned on your iqama.
Other things are not related to it.
