I transfer money from my quick pay account in India to my brother on 9th March and today is 13th March still he didn't receive the amount. Has any one come across same problem how to solve this problem.

no, I transfer money to America and generally it's there within 3 days, however, the first transfer was a bit longer. i think your brother needs to call his back to see if there is an incoming transfer scheduled
