If Company CR expired , can they issue exit / re-entry ?

I was checking my Nitaqat status , and saw that my Company CR has expired and also the license for municipality !

My question is , can they issue exit / re -entry ?????????

What are the problems I may have to face ?

All is linked now with CO CR I don't think they can issue Exit - Re Entry now , they to renew the CR

Yes they can issue if your iqama is valid.
