My zain 4G router wouldn't let me connect my PS vita or my PS3 online

So like I have a Zain 4G router (E5172) and yesterday all of the sudden all the playsations at my house are not working. ( PS vita, PS3 , and PS4) so i tried contacting sony they told me something like you have to do port forwarding and gave me some numbers. they never worked though. I tried all day yesterday. can anyone tell me how to do it ? I don't know if it's not working because we're in Saudi Arabia or what but I really need some help. anyone faced this problem before ?
