Info Required about Job contract

Dear & Respected all

I cam from Pakistan in April 2014 with home driver Visa ,
After Reach here i changed my visa from Previous to data entry operator,and employed at a company.
Unfortunately, lack of awareness of legal information i did not get the contract of employment with my company
my Question is can I use the legal way to get the Job contract,because I ask my company for this they are not agreed to give me this .

Legally the Govt. will fine your company SR 3000 for not giving you a contract letter...But be sure when you plan to move legally...What if they ask you to leave the job and issue an exit??

first of all I am thank full you for Reply and guide line
sir in fact our Company聽 has a track record from 20 years according to my all seniors聽 that they never ask to some one to leave the job
why I am asking the contract because I need Bank Loan but all bank ask me to provide the job contract
