After vacations if someone does not return ?

If someone leaves KSA on vacations and does not come back to the kingdom. what would be the consequences he has to bear ?

Apart from the possible ban on returning for a certain period of time, the actual consequences would depend on what he has committed before he left that led to his leaving the country.

True.

To simplify:

1- At least 3 years ban on all kinds of Saudi visas
2- It can be 5 years or lifetime if some offense committed and reported to Ministry of Interior.
