Applying for dataflow regarding Coe obtained in the phils

Hi can anyone tell me how to apply again for the dataflow of my Coe. I have my dataflow done last November 2015 but only education-bsn and prc Id were verified because it was not required my previous employer the Coe since I was an ex Saudi. Now my present employer want me to dataflow my Coe prior to my Saudi employment. Hope you can help me solve my query. Thank you very much. May God bless us all.

does the data flow randomly call the employer whome you got your coe?because they did not call my reference.
