I believe you have to take  the original certificate and copies of it with you ( as much as you need) and get them all stamped from where ever they asked you to do.

They will stamp the copy with some thing we called (matching the original.

This way when you apply the certificate, the copy will do the job, and the original will remain with you.

hi, andito na po ba kayo sa Saudi? Would like to ask some queries dahil yung wife ko and kids are on process of permanent visa dito sa KSA. Tanong ko lang po sana kung ano yung mga steps na ginawa nyo. Currently, napa-attest na ni wife ung red ribbon'd na docs sa Saudi Embassy. Then ano po ang susunod?

The  original marriage certificate  is also causing me problems in the UK. My Husband has taken the original out to Saudi to complete his residency and yet I am going to need it  to take it to the Agent  when I go up for my medical. Ordered new copy  from government department. I will be presenting the certificate with the official delivery form that was sent. Perhaps you could do something similar. Yes, it does involve additional expense.

Hello Ms. tuttifrutti, I'm currently here in saudi arabia  under a "Family Visit Visa" once my visit visa expires, we are planning to apply for permanent visa. I'm aware of the 2000 sar visa fee however i'm wondering what are the other fees like iqama and insurance and how much it will cost. hoping for your response. Thank you

hi zant.eldeon what do you do in KSA? in our case, my husband(Nurse) went to their HR and asked regarding family visits..they gave him instructions and list of documents required (photocopy of our passports, his valid iqama and photocopy of his passport with visa stamped) and he then applied at MoFA thru online,have it printed and returned to their HR together with our documents. he didn't pay anything there. ( Sponsored by his hospital- government)  After a week, he received the Visa Document via email which he emailed to me here in Phils. Meanwhile here in the Philippines, I had our PSA Marriage Contract and our daughter's Birth Certificate authenticated by the the DFA or "redribbon" . Then I had it attested or stamped by the Saudi Embassy here in the Phils thru an agency. Then I scheduled an appointment in VFS Tasheel in Malate,Manila. You could visit their website for other informations. You'll be needing your marriage contract and son's Birth cert- redribbon and attested), photocopy of your valid iqama, their Passports, 2X2 photos and the Visa Document. All to be submitted at VFS Tasheel during the appointment. Your husband should apply there personally. No need for the baby to go since he is only 6mos old. Payments will be made there for the visa. Prepare atleast 36k each. ( Visa fee, Enjaz fee, Insurance fee, Appointment fee etc). Once he is done at VFS Tasheel, their passports together with the MC and BC can be claimed after 3-4days. Either pickup or have it delivered via 2Go(500plus each). And your'e done! For Any question, feel free to ask.
