Thanks for the info. Just want to ask where to get the referralÌý slip for the accredited clinics because the medical result is one of the requirements before your appointment in vfs right??so need first to get a medical report??

Hello sir, much better to send an email to VFD Tasheel directly for the list of accredited clinics. Some clinics are not honest about their VFS accreditation and we were victim of such modus. SM Lazo Clinic is one the legit accredited clinics. Good luck.

I've been reading this forum and reading information and latest updates re: visa process are all great...very informative and helpful.

I am wondering if there are travel insurance fees for a family resident visa? Any idea how much is the average cost?

alunalim1219

For resident visa no insurance fee.

Amorzen

In Philippines its around 3500 to 5000 pesos per person. So around 80 to 100 US Dollar for family visit visa only.

Yes, it is mandatory to have travel insurance covering CV19 for permanent family resident visa bound for KSA. P7,470 is the cost of travel insurance covering CV19 per dependent.

Thank you for the information

Hi Guys,

My wife is going to VFSÌý Manila next week to submit an application for a permanent family visa in Saudi Arabia as soon as she completes her medical test.

Do you know if VFS requires the Arabic translation of the attested Degree and Mariage Contract?

Please help..thank you....

LDimportado29

No Arabic translation needed sir but make sure that your MC has been attested by Saudi Embassy thru East West Placement Agency. No need for her degree certificate as she is holding a dependent/resident visa and not working visa. It will save your time and money. Good luck.

octaneducks

Thank you for your swift response.Ìý The MC was already attested byÌý Saudi Embassy thru East West when we applied Family visit visa back in 2018. I believe the red ribbon is still valid.

Yes, I was told that her degree certificate is not needed. However, they did ask for my own degree certificate when I initially applied for a permanent visa here in Saudi....

Hopefully, visa stamping in VFS Manila will be good...Thank you...

Do you have VFS contact details? I just wanna make sure if it is really required or not.....
Thank you...

Hi Sir,

My wife went to Angelus Medical Clinic for a medical test.
I read a post recently from this threaded message and I saw that this clinic is on the list.
They really are accomodating and responsive to queries on text.

Yes, it is on the generic list but not required for dependent/resident visa. Good luck.

Noted sir. Thank you for letting me know. One more thing, it is also mentioned in the form that there will be a mandatory insurance fees to be collected on the day of the appointment. Is it true?

Yes sir, it will be collected at the VFS along with the other fees. Although in our case, we processed both resident and visit visas for our older children. We only paid medical insurance for the visit visa. This was in Nov 2021 so I don't know if changes have made on its policy.

YES, that is correct. Cost for VFS Tasheel Medical Insurance fee is P1,070.00. To be paid as part of medical fee for Visa processing for dependent permanent family visa (iqama).

Travel Insurance covering CV19 cost P7,470.00 per dependent permanent family Visa bound for KSA also required.

Guys,

I just want to update you that the visa stamping for the residence visa application for my wife has been completely processed. It was done within 2 days only.Ìý There are no fees collected for medical insurance and CV19 insurance.

Thanks to this forum and to those who really shared their thoughts and response to my concerns.
I can book a flight ticket now. However, I am just wondering if there is a travel tax fee for a dependent visa at the airport?

Wow, congrats to you sir. Nope, dependents should pay travel tax at the airport around Php 1600+. Jave a safe travel for your wife.

Hello. How can we process the working visa through VFS? I have been hired directly from an employer in KSA before I went on my final exit.

Hi, please visit VFS website and get ready of all the necessary documents. Same process except for the medical since it is more rigorous for working visa. Good luck.

Hello. I tried to fill out Enjaz application form online, as I already received the visa document from MOFA. My dilemma is I cannot continue in saving my applicatiom because Saudi Mission in Manila is not available in their drop down option. I am trying to bring my son and my mother here in Saudi Arabia for a Family visit.

Am I the one who will fill this up? Or as I understand in what I read in VFS website, it will be filled up in their office?

Thank you in advance.

Hi, all forms will be filled out during your VFS appointment except the form which you need to fill out online for booking. Just prepare all the documents as listed on the website. Medical exam is not needed for visit visa but yellow fever and poli vaccines are required prior to VFS appointment. Vaccination will be done in BoQ website but to be booked and paid separately. Although, you can all have the vaccines done during the first visit.

Since we are still in the pandemic situation, appointment booking is quite difficult (Apostille and vaccination). Good luck.

Another question regarding DFA authentication. I'm going to bring my son and my mother, so am I only required to have my son's BC and my own BC to be red ribboned? To prove kinship according to the document requirements of VFS.

I think Yes, as BC will prove the kinship but I hope you can get some replies from those who did visa processing for their parents, just to make sure.

Any body has an idea if only jeddah istiqdam is not allowing nurses especially female to apply for family permanent or dependent visa or the entire Kingdom. Thanks

Visa policy is the decision of KSA government and not by one area/city alone, so I think it applies Kingdom wide. Kindly verify your visa type from your HR as most companies are issuing "Single" visas to female employees particularly those in medical related professions.

Hi. Regarding International Vaccination Certificate, BOQ does not offer vaccine for meningococcal meningitis. Only polio and yellow fever. Where could we possibly take this? Thanks

It is simply because only yellow fever and polio vaccines are needed for visit visa if you're coming from the Philippines.

Nafisah Dibaratun

Hello po, i just wanna ask if the children 8yearsOld must be vaccinated too for yellow fever and polio vaccine for processing visit visa in saudi? Thank u

- @Andwork14
Your message is not clear as to what visa you are talking about. Most of our concerns here are family dependent or visit visa. If it is a work visa then only your agency can answer your query. Make sure that you are dealing with legit and POEA accredited recruitment agency. Good luck.
Andwork14

@Sanchoboy thank you for the answer, i am applying for working visa. yes it is legit agency from poea, its just that it took very long time to process maybe because its still ramadan.

After apostile (DFA) the next process is authentication in Saudi Embassy through the East West Placement and it will take 3-4 working days only. If your document has taken too long make follow up with the agency.
