King Fahad Medical City

Good morning. I have a job offer as a NICU Nurse at King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh.
Basic Salary is 4,795 plus 600 food allowance.
Who among you is working here? Can you give me some insights on the working hours and/or environment? And do they have additional benefits and special area allowances? How is the general living condition around the hospital area and Riyadh per se?
