Dependent wife transfer (housewife to doctor)

Salamwalaikum,

I am Mahboob khan doing government job in dammam saudi.I called my wife recently on my sponsorship as a house wife.She is a specialist ENT doctor.Recently she got professional accreditation certificate from saudi commission of health specialities.She has passed data flow and prometric in india and all her MBBS and MS certificates are attested by saudi culture and ministry of education.
I gave NOC to her new employer .

Now she wants to work in a hospital and the hospital is willing to take her .My question is

1.Is her iqama or profession easily transferable?
2.Does it goes to MOH approval ?
3.How much time for transfer and change of profession?
