How to obtain the SCHFS nurse certificate?

Hello there, I was applying the Nurse license in saudi arabia and able to pass the prometric Exam and completed the data flow process with all the result been positive, however I don't know to to obtain the license # or a certificate that I can able to practice the profession in saudi arabia. I was currently out of saudi arabia and Was base now in bahrain. My employer was asking me this and i dont know how to obtain it? I'm still at dark about getting the information. I've try to call and send message to SCHFS and I haven't get any contractive reply on what to do..

If anyone know could you share to me how?
