Please complete your exam if you are willing to renew.
Dataflow for exam will take one month approx.
Also hall ticket will take another month given no public holidays.
So apply for exam min 4 months in advance of contract termination.

If in case when you renew without exam kindly note moh will pay only basic pay n transport

Your experience pay and specialist allowance will be denied.

In case of failure in exam you will be paid only gp basic pay.

So your exam is mandatory. Dont take chances.
I ve seen few people suffering because of procrastination.

They will not insist till you renew but after renewl your plight might be at the mercy of them

Sometimes  they deny emergency leave and mid vacation stating you are yet to clear license exam

My problem is different
Saudi commission did not call me for exam
They wanted an additional certificate which I uploaded just now in data flow
I have applied for renewal since I finished my contract one week back
They have not given a positive reply regarding renewal. I'm waiting for their response
How long to wait. Can I request for an EXIT if they are not renewing. My data flow completion and exam can take another 3 to 4 months. I cannot wait till that period. Is Exit good option. How do I proceed. Any suggestions
I may not return to Saudi again if I EXIT. That's why I'm waiting for a response

If you are interested to renew contract,

Inform you will renew contract only on clearing exam and keep working ( your medical director can speed up things for exam . Trust me if he gives full shot you can finish exam within 2 months from now)
If you have valid iqama you can continue working and if results not fruitful try exiting by resignation 3 months before iqama expiry.

Continue working but dont sign contract until positive result.
Because you can resign if you wish to leave anytime.
If you sign contract you are bound to work with them at lesser pay in case you fail and it is difficult to terminate contract.

Your renewal has to be accepted and they will send a new contract form. Sign it only if situation favours you.
Keep pushing matters both at directors office n saudi commission. I have known people who got it done through directors office at a faster pace

My iqama expires in two months
I asked for renewal by giving an application
They said they will respond soon
If they renew my contract I can start working again
Then clear my exams
If they say no renewal ,I will exit because I cannot wait for exams as it might take 3-4 months
I don't know the details of the salary if they are going to renew whether full payment or basic
Will they inform me about it
