Resignation During Probation Period

Dear Sir,
Please advice me, I have transferred my sponsorship to my current employer, I do not feel comfort and resigned during my probation period (within 45days) , May I get back release to transfer my sponsorship to another co. or individual? My current sponsor is saying that they will process final exit and will release, May I pursue from labor court for my right of release?

You the right for transfer since it is your visa .. lig your request in the labour office

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

Good day!

I would like to ask for assistance. I arrived here in Yanbu last June 2022, I file my resignation last November 2022. The company rejected it. My contract that have been uploaded to the QIWA indicated that my probationary period is 180 days but the hr saying only 90 days. My 180 days will finish this December 16, 2022. Please help me on what to do. thank you
