Iqama Expire and required final exit with court case

Kindly suggest on my case聽 Iqama Expiry date is going to approach on 30th Nov 2019,For now i want to go final exit,聽 and i can't get final exit through company due to below explained case details we filed聽 against co. pls suggest me how to get final exit.

Against Company we case聽 :聽 We are placed case against company for unpaid salary of 6 Months and i have given statement in MOJ court fro ESB and salary ,Now i dont want to wait till recieving for this jut i want to go back to home country due to urgency pls suggest me.

Without final exit, you cannot leave.聽 You need to get a court judgement allowing you to leave.
