Good day!
Please can somebody help me, my probrem is I have to go for emergency exit because of family problem and I still have unpaid credit card balance  amounting of 14,000 SR. I dont have any plan of not paying this balance but because of financial problem I can't able to pay the whole amount now, Im planning to come back here after 2-3months and continue to pay may credit card balance, my question is can immigration hold me in the airport? My company issued my final exit visa already and i'm planning to go next week. Please give me some advice.
Thank you.

I dont think so u can leave KSA, at saudi Airport immigration will stop you and will not allow u to exit till u clear the due amount

Thanks for the reply sir. But as of this moment i dont have enough money to pay this balance. Is there any way i can go exit without having any problem in the immigration?

The only option is to borrow it from ur friend or family or talk to the bank may be they will u an  opportunity  to pay from your home country.

If case for recovery has not been filed then you can leave.  But don't plan on coming back unless you pay it and settle the issue with the bank.

Thank you for the reply. I think still no case filed against me because im paying my monthly dues. And my plan will be, I will still continue to pay my monthly dues up to April and hopefully i will comeback here on May. Is there still a problem of going back here?

As I said, if a case is filed, then you will have problems.  And in that situation, I wouldn't advise coming back until you settle your issues.
