Login to your MOI/Absher account and then under new services in AWDAH tab click "New Travel Request". This service allow all legal and illegal foreign °µÍø½ûÇø workers and resident visa holders inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to submit an application to return to their countries electronically via MOI/Absher platform. Once your request is approved, MOI will contact you and the process of travel procedures will be arranged back to your home country.

Thank you very much for the quick response. I will try it right away. But is there provision to return back to Saudi after your emegency.

So far, as of today, all trips out for °µÍø½ûÇøs, are pretty much one way.   If you go then get ready to be stuck; until or unless they announce a relaxation from the restrictions in the coming months.

And that service on Absher is pretty much to facilitate °µÍø½ûÇøs who want to leave, not normal travel and not in coming back - so keep that in mind.

Thanks for the clarification. So you cant attend to emergincies back home. If you insist on going then you resign from your job first and go out forever.

Look at this way, before this portal was set up, you couldn't leave...... At all.  Now they are allowing you to leave at least.  Coming back is a different matter.  They can open up in a month or two or three but without knowing when that happens, you choosing to leave, is a risk YOU are taking as per your priorities.
