Saudi council of Engineering requested to renew memebership

Dear All . My profession on iqama is " computer programmer" . I was applied a membership type is " "Allied Engineering specialist". My qualification is BSC ( electronic) from India. Now I was requested to convert temporary memberships to permanent ,Sce is rejected with this reason " Sorry the certificate does not qualify for the membership required" ..My membership also expired 20 days before .
now what should I do kindly some one suggest me ..
