Will recently completed diploma be accepted by SCE

Dear Friends,
I have reniewed my Iqama before SCE expiry date as last year I got temporary membership as technician and now they need diploma which currently I don't have.
My question is that now I have one year in my next Iqama expiry. Can I enroll in some online/distance learning accredited university of Pakistan/India and complete 1 year diploma within this year and submit to SCE before next Iqama expiry.
Will SCE accept this recently completed diploma. Please anyone who or his friend face this case can share his experience.

SCE will not accept an online/distance learning diploma.
Do not waste your money.

same my issue if possible accept my SCE account request to permanent registration as TECHNICIAN im undergraduate of BT- ELECTRICAL 4 years degree but finish only was 3 years certificate.. with CAV and attestation..
