Verifying of Employee Registered Contract

Al0611

Hi everyone,

As per LABOR REFORM INITIATIVE, you can move/transfer to another company in case the employee dont have valid or registered contract with the company.

How you will know if you have a registered contract? Can we check or verify it online, like gosi, qiwa portal, etc. Thanks everyone

Take care

Yes, you have a contract that is why you are receiving your salary.
And they will show on Qiwa, just wait.

year 2016 is the last contract signed, until this date they did not issue us a contract only verbal for salary increase and extended employment. I check in qiwa for Job Contract but is says Nothing was found.

Those contracts are literally unlimited.
That was the old system.
Now, they will upload those contracts on Mudad website which is for companies.
And then contracts will show on Qiwa.
So, just wait.

Thanks a lot. Can i tranfer to another company if my iqama profession is labor, but actually my profession is an Engineer.

I cant find conditions right now to my company  so i can transfer to another sponsor. I want to transfer now even the validity of my iqama will end after 7 months. Salary only 1 month pending, iqama is still valid.

Right now, the new system is not fully active. So, you can not have the benefits.
And there is come conditions for transfer/leaving the current company.
If your agreement is completed you can leave. If your agreement is not completed then you can not leave.
As goes for company conditions, if the company does not pay you for 3 months then you can leave.
If your iqama is expired and 3 months passes you can leave.
If your company stop working for 3 months, you can leave.
And you can transfer to another company on labor iqama but if you want to do the engineering work in the new company then you would need to change your profession after the transfer.
