No you can't do anything against them.
But you can contact to some other company and they can take you in as you have that business visa.
And you must visit your embassy also, they will help you.

It seems the employer is not obligating  your work contracts. You need inform them in writing about discontinuation from service,  he has option to extend probation period to more 3 months. At the end it depends on your choice to continue or discontinue service. Take opinion from your embassy also.
