MOFA Attestation Fee Refund

Does anybody know how long will it take for MOFA to refund your money to your account.

I cancelled my attestation appointment and refunded my payment. It says in their website that they will refund it聽 14 days from the attestation date and if no transaction took place, they will refund it automatically. Its's been 14 days and still nothing. Thank you.
