It is not acceptable for that profession. Computer technician and computer sciences are two different portions of a same place.
Still there is a chance.
Go to SCE and ask them, if they say that they will accept.
Go ahead.
And every technical profession registered with SCE is eligible for family visa.

I am already registered in saudi council but on one year diploma. but for family visa diploma must be attested from mofa. but one year diploma is not attesting by saudi embasy or mofa. so i have master degree attested but dun know how it will be sort out as saudi council is not accepting master degree and isteqdam might also not accept diploma without attestation.

Look man, you can get registration on the MASTER degree but not for that profession.
And for that you will need to change profession if SCE accepts your degree.
And for profession change, your company should have the edibility for that profession and criteria for a vacancy.
So, it can become a headache.
Be careful.
If your company can change the profession and SCE is ready to accept the degree, then you can go for it.

Be positive,  no problem go to isteqdam with translated shahada they should consider it.
One of friend was on computer technician visa and he had masters degree attestation, isteqdam issued him permanent visa it was 2 yrs before.
