I think those 90 days is PROBATION starting from the the day 1 that your new employer sent you a contract as long as you have transferred you can join your new employer as the agreement mentioned date between the 2 parties in the contract.

Am just transferred my sponsorship to my new employer last night , but my old employer gave me a notice up to end of this month, so i have to finish my services till end of this month at my old employer , also in my new contract i'll join on the 1st of July In Shaa Allah.. In your case if it is written 90 days means still you have 3 months to finish your services with your old employer.

The good thing you have to do is to talk to your new sponsor and explain to him your current situation so he can wait for those periods of 30 days.

I am facing big problem..my new employer has sent me new offer in Qiwa which is displayed in job offer section but when I go to accept this offer in transfer section it's shows nill means no offer and status is
Pending employee transfer service by establishment

Please help me where is the problem I already resigned and it's my notice period going.
Qiwa is also not responding me on my email
