Hello, my fiance and me we are 27, he is saudi and I am europe girl albanian, does anyone know any chance how we to get married and he to take me with him to ksa, bcs we cant wait until he is 35 thats too much

I think the first step will be attend the Saudi embassy at your country. you should both register your marriage. Then they will contact the saudi officals to give you a permission to get a visa and accept your marriage. Case by case there are some prossess聽

@Sosn828q9聽 I鈥檓 confused! What鈥檚 stopping you and him from just marrying you in your country? Then he just takes you with him to Saudi? Your marriage would be legit! You and him can have a private wedding in your country or a random non Arab country and get a marriage certificate saying you鈥檙e married. Then you and him can go back to Saudi with that certificate. What鈥檚 stopping you from doing that? Why do you want to get married in Saudi? Saudi complicates everything. So just get married in another country and bring that marriage certificate to Saudi showing you are married. What鈥檚 the problem?

@firassallami2030 why do they need to go to the embassy? She can just marry him the normal way how Muslims get married without the embassy being involved.

you ask a smart question. We have to remember the issue. She is not asking how聽 to married. In fact, she asked how to get a visa and safe her rights as a wife of a Saudi young man. So, I still advice her to contact the Saudi embassy. He need to get a permission from the Saudi government to marry a foreign lady ( that includes GCC states)聽

Thank you alot for your help, truly means lots to us. There is one thing that confuses me on saudi official gov site write that saudi male who wants to marry non saudi from abroad cant be less than 30, and saudi male who wants to marry foreign resident cant be less than 35 so what is my case rn, I am Albanian girl who all her life lives in Albania, am I non saudi from abroad or foreign resident?

Hello, I am European and my husband is Saudi. We got married in Europe (government and then in the mosque as well) and then applied for marriage in Saudi. It was approved but took about 2 years, and in the meantime no updates, so you just wait. When we applied we were married for more than 1 year I think. All the documents we provided to the government were legally translated to Arabic language.

Don't worry about the age required too much, I don't think its a deal breaker. My advice is not to do the same as us, I think we were lucky and maybe getting married in the mosque helped.

I wish you good luck, I know how hard it to wait with no assurance that everything will be ok and you can be together soon.
